Ok the mystery is over. The title of the movie is Dharti Sherandi (Land of Lions? Perhaps?) Which is a good title for such a poster. The dude is a Pakistani actor called Sultan Rahi. Which is a good name for such a man. Unfortunately he left for the big lion stabbing place in the sky, but a page about his greatness exists here: Remembering the Sultan.
