As the Twitterverse came alive yesterday after the Shoe throwing incident, I got these ideas for comics from @conetrees, @knkartha, and @crucifire. And many many others. Credit goes to them. Other crazy ideas I heard – Laser guided homing shoes, boomerang shoe (comes back after a miss), metal tipped army boots, spikes etc
(Note to self: Stop making any effort at creative thinking. Just trawl The Twiter. That’s right, THE Twitter)
Made a video of how I shot the shoe and a screencast of this comic. Will join the two and upload it in a day of two.
Also I couldn’t help notice it’s been more than a few hours after P.C.’s tryst with the shoe, and no Shoe Throwing Flash Game has emerged on the internet. Proud of Indians!

It should have elastic shoe laces for the catapult/boomerang effect.

@hades: Shoe throwing protest (S.T.P.’s) are a relatively new way I guess. So protestors need practice. That Iraqi dude really put in the best effort I’d say. He was like a machine gun with 2 bullets. Except Bush was like Neo dodging the bullets. So evenly matched. I think with time protesters will get skilled enough to hit moving targets multiple times before they’re brought down by security people.
I foresee many Shoe Throwing Lee Harvey Oswalds in the future. Palestinians will throw shoes at Israeli tanks. America will launch laser guided shoes from Unmanned Ariel Vehicles. Terrorists will strap shoes under their clothes and unleash a hail of chappals at unsuspecting victims! THE WORLD WILL CHANGE.
And Shoe manufacturers will end the recession!
Looks alone isn’t much. Does ViVA La Revolucion has to throw in some stench to get the message across really well. Nothing like an assault on the senses to accompany an actual assault.
